ASEAN JOBS is an online uture: ASEAN Youth Employment (BTF), one of the programmes of ASEAN Foundation, in a collaboration with Plan International, that is supported by Google.org. BTF itself is a two-year programme that was launched in 2020 aiming to support ASEAN youth in not only acquiring the necessary 21st century skills to (re)enter the workforce, but also building a more sustainable and secure economy post-pandemic. The programme has become a host to market-driven vocational trainings and job-matching sessions that targets vulnerable young people in the region. Additionally, a regionwide research on employment and labour market trends in the ASEAN region was conducted, covering topics such as skills that are most needed by the industries and existing barriers that creates difficulties for young people to secure a decent job.

ASEAN JOBS serves as a medium to bridge the needs of the employer and also job seekers across the region. Through ASEAN JOBS you could find talents from all across ASEAN. Moreover, the website is equipped with a local translation feature that allows an easier registration process if you are a local company or entity. This also means your job posting will be more accessible to a wide range of people and youth, especially with additional features such as the accessibility tools within this website.

    • This platform is only for job postings, any other inform pieces of informations such as training, education opportunities will not be posted. We encourage employers to be transparent and provide a detailed description of the vacancies such as the title, required experience, summary of responsibilities, nature of the work (remote, hybrid, on-site) and specific requirements from the position.
    • We only accept job postings from authorised personnel on behalf of the employers.
    • Job postings and vacancies should never include offensive content such as content that explicit in nature, lewd, sexual, derogatory, attacking certain minority groups.

On Site - Is a type of work where you need to be in the office to fulfill daily tasks according to the company's designated working hours. Remote - Is a more flexible way of working based on the fulfillment of tasks and responsibilities and you can work from anywhere and anytime without having to go to the office.

You can find Team Members of the Recruiter through the Company details. Simply enter the Companies menu, then select one of the companies you want to go to, if the company includes a Team Member then you can see it in the details section.

To register as a user of the services on the website, you can follow the steps as follows:

      • On the front page of the website, click the Sign Up menu at the top right of the page.
      • Select the account type, whether you want to register as a Candidate or Employer.
      • Complete the account registration form according to the actual data.
      • At the very bottom, click on the checkbox to agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and then Click the Sign Up Button.
      • After successfully registering, then you can do the profile settings on the My Account page in the User Dashboard section.

How to post a job you need to follow these steps:

      • First, you must have logged into the website first as an Employer.
      • On the My Account page select the Post New Job menu on the left.
      • Complete the Job Detail form according to the correct data, you need to complete the Job Title, Job Description, Application Deadline, Job Sector, Job Type, Required Skills, Job Apply Type, Salary, and Other Information needed.
      • At the very bottom, click on the checkbox to agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and then Click the Post Job Button.
      • After successfully posting your Job Ad, our team will first review the ad before going public. In addition, we will also review your company profile if this is your first ad.

How to change the job that has been posted you need to follow the following steps :

      • First, you must have logged into the website first as an Employer.
      • You can change the ads you post, by logging in through the My Account page select the Manage Job menu on the left.
      • In the job list that appears click on the pencil icon to edit the ad.
      • Complete the Job Detail form according to the desired changes according to the correct data. Then if it is appropriate, at the very bottom click the Update Job Button.
      • After successfully changing your Job Ad, our team will first review the ad changes before going public.

To see candidates who have applied for an existing job posting can be through the following steps :

      • First, you must have logged into the website first as an Employer.
      • You can see the list of candidates who apply by logging in through the My Account page select the All Applicants menu on the left.
      • You can view the candidate's details by clicking the eye icon or clicking the action button to perform other necessary actions such as Download CV, Create Meeting, E-mail to Candidate, Reject, and Delete.
